Once you submit your questionnaire, we’ll review your responses and reach out within 1–2 business days to begin designing your custom piece. You’ll receive a digital proof of your charm jewelry to review before it’s created.

Your package includes 2 rounds of revisions to make sure everything feels just right. Need more changes? No problem—additional revisions are $5 each.

If we do not hear from you for 72 hours after proofs are sent, we will send your order as shown in our our latest proof sent to you.

After final approval, your piece will be handcrafted and shipped within 5–7 business days from Shalimar, Florida.
